Sidney Crosby is a major influence in my life, my dad and I started watching him at a young age. Due to Sidney Crosby, I began playing and watching hockey. At a young age Sidney Crosby did have much in his childhood, but due to his determination he has become one of the best hockey players in the world.

My leadership style:
Throughout my life I have encountered the chance of being a leader. I have experienced democratic leaderships through playing on a high school soccer team, being apart of groups in school for class presentations, and also being apart of a family. I have gained important qualities of being a good leader through these experiences. Some of valuable leaderships traits that I obtained and strengthened are, how to be a team player, how to be a better listener, how to have more patience, and how to take constructive criticism. Even though I have gained a lot, I still have more things to learn to become a better leader such as being more disciplined, becoming a better public speaker, and learn how to be realistic.
Playing sports in high school gave me the opportunity to play on both losing and winning teams. This has given me a different perspective of looking at things. I now realize that even if you fail or lose that is no reason to give up, you still have to get right back up. Just realize your mistakes and errors and prepare more yourself to benefit the team. When you come back the next time, be mentally and physically prepared, and ready to meet the next challenge. When youths and adults fail at something in their life, they automatically think that they cannot do it, and finally they give up. By listening to my peers, and by learning from my mistakes I have overcame my obstacles.
When I am a leader I expect input from every group member. I expect everyone to collaborate and work well together. Also, when one group member needs help, I expect others to put their full effort into helping them get to where they want to be. When I am a leader I do not want to give others orders and force others to do things my way.

My Most Accurate test?
The Multiple Intelligence test was the most accurate test to represent me. In the surveys, my number one intelligence I consisted of was kinaesthetic (body smart). This means I am skilled at using my body to convey feelings and ideas. I have good hand-eye coordination and am very aware of other body gestures. This actually relates to me from my desire of playing sports and staying fit, also from my ability to convey or learn ideas from a hands-on approach. My second top intelligence in the multiple intelligence tests was interpersonal (Body Smart). This means I have the ability to understand and interact effectively with others including verbal and non-verbal communication. This suits me because I am very social and un-shy with strangers and friends, I consider myself very open to interact with others. My third top intelligence was logical, this means that I am good at scientific investigations and identifying relationships between different things. This intelligence greatly representsme as I am good with numbers and like to investigate certain experiments in real-life situations. Overall, I believe the Multiple Intelligence test is a pretty accurate test as it identified my intelligences.
Most Helpful Test?
I believe the myblueprint tests were the most helpful in helping me determine what I want to do in the future. This is because the myblueprint tests actually suggested jobs and gave a detailed description of them. The jobs that were chosen were jobs that I was actually interested in and would be looking forward in doing as a career path
