5th Grade Parent/ Child Night

What: A Little Time Together: A candid talk about female development.

When: October 19th from 6:30- 8:00 PM

Where: Countryside in the Library.

What: The evening will be a fun and interactive event for students designed to encourage more comfort in discussing and understanding the personal changes about “growing up”.

“a little time together” is designed to encourage more comfort in discussing and understanding the personal changes of puberty. It offers practical ideas in a humorous, light-hearted manner resulting in laughter as well as learning. There is a relaxed atmosphere supporting the bright side of adolescence and replacing any hesitancy or embarrassment about the changes of puberty with enthusiasm and confidence.

Shhhhhhh…. This is a special time for you to make your 5th grader to feel special. As the surprise part of the evening, please bring 4 pictures with you.

  • Baby picture of your 5th grader

  • Toddler picture of your 5th grader

  • Kindergarten picture of your 5th grader

  • 5th grade/ Middle School picture of YOU!

If you have any questions, please contact Anne Schmitt at 847-917-9887
