I can hit players, but I need my milk!
Every day, Kids like me, need 4 servings of milk to keep our body's healthy and strong. To make our bodies' strong, in milk there are, 30% Calcium, 25% Vitamin D, 16% Protein, 11% Potassium, about 6% Vitamin A, 13% Vitamin B12, 24% Riboflavin, 10% Niacin, and 20% Phosphorus in each daily value.
Skating is my thing, no matter what, I need my milk in every meal.
