Am i eating a "healthy" diet

Why should we eat healthy?
When we eat right our bodies feel energized and feel more active throughout the day. Drinking water throughout the day can also help with your healthy food choices. Cutting back on unhealthy foods, is important to replace them for a new healthy meal. A key for eating right, would have to be to only eat as much as your body needs.
Vegetables
Vegetables provide as many nutrients.
- They can reduce stroke, cancer, heart diseases, and also diabetes.
- Vegetables also helps us eat less and provide energy, and replaces bad foods.
meats
Lean meats are low in saturated fat, buit poultry has an even lower amount.
- helps us get some protein and fats that the body needs.
- It also helps us build muscle.
wheat
Both refined and whole grains supply you with carbohydrates and with protein.
- helps us store energy for later and helps us fills up fast.
- may help improve high cholesterol, lower risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
