COVID Protocols Update

At the February Board meeting, the Board voted to make masks optional beginning February 9, 2022. Masks are also optional on the school bus.
  • Schools will no longer contact trace.

  • Schools will not exclude individuals who are close contacts.

  • If an individual tests positive for COVID-19, they will need to isolate at home for the full five days and be symptom free before returning.

  • If an individual is symptomatic, they need to stay home until they are symptom free for 24 hours.

Transportation Updates

Moving forward, MMS will communicate all bus transportation updates via Parent Square. Parents will still be able to track bus locations via the Here Comes the Bus app. Parent Square communication will be used for last minute bus changes. On the days we have last minute bus changes, you will not be able to track the bus in the Here Comes the Bus app, sorry for the inconvenience.

Items NOT needed at MMS

Please remind your student that glass bottles, stuffed animals, and toys are not permitted at MMS. All water bottles that are on campus should be able to fully close, preventing any spills if it is accidentally tilted over.
