Parenting 101
Parents, are you continuously looking for the Parenting 101 manual? Do you question your parenting skills and decisions frequently? Would you like parent education opportunities to be provided this year? Would you like the potential of a free meal and childcare while you stretch your own learning? If the answer is YES, you are not alone and we have an opportunity for you!!!
Parenting is hard and we want to work with families through different opportunities by providing some on site parenting sessions this year. We invite you to take a few moments to complete an interest form for JAY CAMP for Parents. We value your input on what type of topics you'd like to learn more about as a parent and welcome you to share them on the form. If we gain enough interest we will be able to set these JAY Camps in motion. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me by email: teaguem@cleverbluejays.org.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held throughout the month of October. Classroom teachers will be reaching out soon to invite you to meet with them for a P/T conference. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to meet with your student's teacher either formally or informally so they can share your student's progress.

Fall Festival RSVP
Please RSVP for the Fall Festival on October 20th. This is just to get an idea of how many families we will have the pleasure of seeing that night! We are so excited and can't wait to create some lasting memories for our students and their families!
Tech Fee Information
Clever Families,
We have been working with MySchoolBucks to fix any problems with our electronic payment system for tech fees. It has come to our attention that when you submit your payment you must also choose the date you would like it submitted. If no date is chosen, the system will default to December 31. Because of this, some families will not show in our records as “paid” until 12/31.
We have found the submit date can be changed by going into your parent portal and accessing that payment. At that point, you can update your payment date and submit the change. Your payment will then come through the system.
If you have been receiving reminder calls about tech fees but you have already set up your payment, this could be the issue. Please log in to your parent portal and change your submit date. If you have any problems, please contact MySchoolBucks support at 1-855-832-5226.
Thank you!
