Strong Girls SUP Yoga: begins June 20th!
Paddle Nantucket is thrilled to be combining two loves: mentoring Nantucket’s young women and introducing them to the art of SUP Yoga! This girl’s empowerment outdoor yoga class is designed specifically for Tweens. Classes will include basic yoga poses which build strength and flexibility, while floating on the water, but anchored to the seabed. The girls will solidify trust within themselves and a connection to one another, as well as an appreciation of our natural surroundings and the beauty of Nantucket’s fluid ecosystem. The girls will work on building self-esteem through working challenging poses and peacefulness through guided relaxation and meditation.
