FLOODS IN COLORADO
Across the state, the floods killed at least eight people and damaged or destroyed as many as 2,000 homes.The floods washed out hundreds of miles of roads, and caused damage across nearly 2,000 square miles.The picture to the right shows a bridge that collapsed after a flood at the Broomfield/Lafayette border in Colorado on September.12.

Floods cause destruction of property, and many deaths in the United States. Floods also destroy crops, and force people to leave their homes.
HOW DOES WEATHERING,EROSION,AND DEPOSITION OCCUR
Weathering,Erosion,and Deposition occurs in flooding because of the breaking down of sediment and carrying of sediment into a new place.After the flooding has done its job it deposits the sediment into a new location.
