Need Help at the End of the Year?
Your Instructional Coach Can Support You!
The End is Drawing Near...
As we speed toward the end of the finish line of the school year, there are many ways your Instructional Coach can support you outside the traditional coaching cycle. Below you will find a few examples of how you can lean on your coach during the last few busy weeks of school:
Collaborate
- Co-teach a lesson
- Co-facilitate (need extra hands?)
- Co-planning (current teaching or future)
- Conversation/Reflection/Sounding board around new ideas for the next instructional year
Generate Ideas
- Project Based Learning
- Technology Integration
- Passion Projects
Develop
- Formative Assessments
- Targeted Instruction Groups & Planning
- Resources & Learning Tasks--so you can focus on what matters most: OUR STUDENTS and helping them finish the year strong
Haven't worked much with the coach this year? No problem! This is the perfect time to start! You'll be able to see how collaboration with a peer coach can help you plan, reflect, and implement new instructional strategies. No need to try something on your own when you can have a thinking partner to work with along the way!
