Helping Pollinators During The Fall
Please help fill our community with blooming flowers that are rich with pollen by planting flowers everywhere you can right now. Get them planted in the ground or in pots and hanging baskets. Butterflies and bees need pollen to survive, and they get pollen from most blooming flowers. Birds rely on seeds and the insects that rely on pollen. Migration season is upon us, and there will be many birds, bees, and butterflies (including Monarchs) that need our help.
Butterflies and bees have to have pollen to survive. Please help them by choosing pollen rich flowers. You will be helping the birds by helping the insect populations.
Letβs color Midland with beautiful pollen rich flowers for a beautiful fall filled with blossoms, butterflies, bees, and birds!
