OCTOBER 2019
News From Telegraph Intermediate
Isn't crazy to think we have already been in school for almost a full quarter? The students are really soaring with the full weeks of learning. As we finish out the quarter remember Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on October 24. We hope to reach 100% participation. Your child(ren)'s teacher will be reaching out to you about a time to meet with them and discuss this year so far.
Here is a look from the month SEPTEMBER:
- Grandparents filled our hallways on September 5th and 6th. We had over 475 grandparents enter the building!
- Several of our Scouts presented the colors during the September 13 home football game.
- Mrs. Blythe had a very successful book fair this year, she was able to earn a large amount of new resources for our students. Thank you for your support, her sales were over $4000.
- School photo day was September 17, those photos should be coming home very soon.
- Our students participated in our safety drills with Deputy Nanney.
- The PTO fundraiser kicked off on September 20th. The students are trying to reach the building goal of 1500 items or $8000 in sales in order to SLIME the PRINCIPAL. They are doing an excellent job thus far! Thank you from the PTO for all your support.
