April ~ Month of the Military Child
Because purple is a color used to represent all military services, the theme "Purple Up" is used over the course of the month.
Their strength and resiliency are inspirational. Especially this year, as many of them are facing new learning from home adventures, extended separations from a parent and delayed PCSes.
Military.com joins with the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard in recognition of our military kids.

RMS TRANSITION FAMILY NIGHT ~
Greetings families of Ridgeline Middle School. We invite you to our Transition Family Night, Tuesday, April 26, beginning at 6:00pm in the Main Gym.
We would like all families of current 5th, 6th and 7th grade students to join us, meet teachers and learn important information about the transition to the next grade level for the 2022-2023 school year.
Transition Family Night is a way to connect with our incoming 6th grade familing, as well as our returning 7th and 8th grade families.
We will start in the main gym for a 25 minute overview and then parents/students will rotate through two 25 minute breakout sessions and end with a 30 minute
pizza dinner which will be provided at no cost!
Please watch your email and our website for more details to come.
We look forward to seeing you there!!
Community Belonging Survey
At Yelm Community Schools, we value our partnership with families and the community. It is important that all of our students and families feel a sense of belonging when entering our schools or working with our staff.
We are asking families to complete a survey to help us understand how families feel, and help us understand what we can do to make sure that all feel welcome in our district. This survey will give us important information. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback.
When responding to the statements, please choose one response. The responses measure how often the statement is true, from Always True to Not At All True.
