Joey Babineau ~ Grade 5
Joseph Babineau, grade 5, tried on his first pair of skates at 2, and has played ice hockey since 4. His favorite part of playing hockey for the Boston Junior Bruins is “getting to skate fast and shoot hard.” If hockey didn’t exist, Joey would probably play lacrosse. His favorite professional hockey player is Sidney Crosby, captain of the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins. Joey’s biggest achievement on the ice is getting in the top 15 hockey players in his United States age group. Ahead in his hockey career, he hopes “to play in the NHL, but if that doesn’t happen, I’ll probably play hockey in the Olympics.”

Cole Blair ~ Grade 8
Cole Blair is an incredible football player that is invited to many football academies and all star games. You may think he is an adult, but he is an 8th grader at Chocksett Middle School. I have recently interviewed him about his career in football so far. Here is the interview.
GRAHAM: So I heard you had something very big for football recently. What was it?
Cole Blair: Yes, I went to Boston first to try out for a tournament in Ohio. I did make it and went to Ohio to play the tournament.
Graham: So at the tournament, how many games did you play and how many days were you at the tournament?
Cole: Well, I did play 3 games in a span of four days, which I did win 1 games and lose 2.
Graham: So Cole, How many teammates did you play with and what was your rank among them?
Cole: So I did have 32 teammates, but was ranked 7 out of all of them.
Graham: So Cole, since you play football, what is your absolute favorite position to play in all of football?
Cole: I think my favorite position to play is probably either offensive line or defensive line.
Graham: Since you have finished your tournament, do you have plans for later in the future?
Cole: Well in the summer I have been selected to the hall of fame academy that has 86 elite middle schoolers that are selected to play.
Graham: Thank you for coming to this interview!COMICS ~ The Adventures of Jim-Bob and Harry
