Bus Cancellations and What To Do

Big picture
As we notice from time to time over the winter months our buses may be cancelled due to weather. Families should always be prepared should their child's bus be delayed or cancelled. Families should ensure they are signed up to receive direct notifications, either by email, or Tri-Board’s app. Delays and cancellations are also posted to Tri-Board’s Twitter account.

Transportation to and from school is not guaranteed. Families should have a backup plan to transport their student(s) to school, and to arrange child care where required, if their bus is cancelled for any reason and they cannot transport their student to school.

City of Kingston Park and Stride

To help avoid congestion in the morning and after school consider using the Park and Stride initiative above designed by the City of Kingston. The Park and Stride locations are within 5 minutes walking distance to the school and is a great way to stay active and control traffic in our area.
