How it started

The funds raised go towards helping purchase school supplies and items to be used in classrooms. Other plans include Teacher Appreciation and Student Appreciation days.

We Need You

Help to make every child’s voice be heard, join the PTA. The next two links will guide you to joining us. This is not only for parents, sign the family up!

The Owl's Nest

The Owl's Nest is the space for all things Mrs. Ortega! Mrs. Ortega is our amazing Keller Collegiate Academy Counselor.

Ortega Visits AVID - I had the pleasure of going into AVID classes last week and visiting with your students about “Grit and Growth Mindset”. Your kids are AWESOME and I LOVE getting to know them. Understandably, many students have been academically and socially stretched more than ever this first nine weeks here at the Keller Collegiate Academy. I want to support all students and help equip them with tools and support as they navigate new challenges. I wanted to post the presentation I went over with your students. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

(Grit and Growth Powerpoint Attached)

COLLEGE PREP - CCMR Counselors (College, Career, and Military Readiness Counselors) are starting visits with students in their AVID classes starting on October 27. They will be covering topics like choosing a college that best fits YOU, Scholarships, year by year timeline college prep, building a college resume, and more!!
