In the 1950's teenage girls were the driving force behind the fashion girls would use fabric, thread, needles, and excess fabric to style their own clothing.

They thanked the invention of stilettos a type of shoe invented in the 1950's. Girls mostly wear stilettos with dresses. Girls would wear low heeled shoes with dresses witch was very popular in the 1960's.

Accessorizing in the 1950's was all about matching and looking polished. Hat's, handbags, shoes, and eyewear were trendy in the 1950's.

The new look for the 1950's were the tops. They keep improving with the tops they were very popular tops in the 1960's.

In the 1960's girls would wear makeup (especially red lipstick) and short hair.They would also wear hat's, handbags, makeup, skirts, dresses,and fury coats. The most popular was the fury coat and the seal coat those two are what any women would wear. Most girls were really into fury coats, skirts, and dresses.

Darker colors were rage of 1960's like red, purple, green, or grape, plum, and wine red.The two-three piece suit, mix and match was very popular. Now they have gained more experience and popularity.
