Dear Blue Hills Families,
Next week, we will have our first Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 21. The afternoon sessions are virtual; students are dismissed at 11:35 a.m. and virtual conferences are from 12:30 - 2:30. More information is below.
Spirit Week and Homecoming (October 29) will be here soon. Tickets for the Homecoming Dance will be sold beginning next week during lunches.
Please review the calendar below for important upcoming dates.
Parent-Teacher conferences are taking place on October 21 and October 26. You should have received an email from Dr. Bavuso and the Academic Office dated September 30 with information on the conferences.
Our afternoon sessions are going to be fully virtual/remote, through Google Meets. To book an appointment during one of these times, please go to this link: https://bluehills.youcanbook.me.
Evening sessions are in-person. These sessions are first-come, first served. All conferences are limited to five minutes. If you need more time to discuss your student with a teacher, please schedule a follow-up phone call or meeting.
This is the first time we are using the youcanbookme platform - please be patient as we work out any issues. When you book, please be sure you enter your student name, your name, and your email carefully - A working email address must be used to create the google meet.
Anyone who has translation needs should reach out to the Academic Office - 781-828-5800 x2670.
If you are having trouble booking a remote appointment, or have questions regarding the in-person evenings, please reach out.
Sincerely,
Mr. Zini
