Fourth Grade Gift

The 4th grade would like to thank Father for helping us grow in our faith. The 4th grade hand painted an Act of Kindness stone for you. You may take one when you need one for inspiration or share one with someone in need. Father, you have shared your kindness with us and we would like to keep passing that on to others. We have prayed a Rosary for you in honor of each stone. A special Mary statue is with our stones as a reminder of SFDS!

We will miss you!

From,

The 4th grade class

Sixth Grade Gift

The 6th grade class would like to thank you for all you have done for our school community. We say thank you, Father, in this poster and used our bodies to spell out the message.

We wanted to send you this message showing that our hearts are full of gratitude, and we wanted to be a part of it! You have sacrificed so much and served our community with gentleness and humility, much like St. Francis de Sales.

Our class will keep you in our prayers as you make this transition. We know you will continue to spread the Good News and bless your new community with the gift that you are as Pastor!

Blessings,

The 6th Grade Class

Seventh Grade Gift

Thank you, Father for your many years here at St. Francis de Sales, and all the wonderful things you have done for our parish, our school, our families, and our community. 7th grade has offered a Divine Mercy Chaplet and a Rosary for your intentions.

We have included with our gift a signed picture of the 7th grade along with gift cards to some local restaurants-- we hope these will draw you back to visit us in Lebanon! (We know you will be missing Acapulco!!!)
With our deepest appreciation,
7th Grade

Eighth Grade Gift

On behalf of the 8th grade class, we wanted to give something special to Fr. Bernie. With this being our last night together, the 8th grade class made this stool with our names on it. Thank you to Fr. Bernie for completing our Sacraments, being a good role model for us to strengthen our Catholic faith, and always welcoming us when he saw us. We will miss you! Thank you for all you do! We wish you the best in the future.

Love,

The 8th Grade Class

Whole School Gift

We have one last gift for you Fr. Bernie. On behalf of the entire school community, the Kindergarten thru 8th grade class left an imprint for you to always remember St. Francis de Sales. Each student signed the painting and wanted you to always remember the St. Francis de Sales motto- Be Who You Are and Be That Well. Many thanks to Ms. Paytes for organizing this project.
