Fats
Fats help provide the body with energy, they build cell membranes , carry vitamins , and promote normal growth. Fats can be found in foods like eggs, avocado and meat.
Vitamin
Vitamins help regulate chemical reactions in the body. They also help repair cellular damage and build stronger bones.Some places to find Vitamin in are oranges ,carrots or milk
Minerals
Minerals helps the body grow and develop , and build strong bones . Minerals can be found in foods like spinach , yogurt, and cheese.
Water
Water is a really important nutrient for our body as most of our body is made up of water. Water helps maintain temperature, transport nutrients and waste and it helps with your skin. Water can be found almost everywhere for example on fruits or just any type of food .
