A Note From Mr. Christ
Dear Paddock Families,
I hope everyone had a nice Spring Break and, whether you traveled or stayed local, you all were able to spend some quality time with friends and family. I can speak for the entire Paddock staff when I say how excited we are to get the students back in school and engaged in learning as we make our way to the end of the school year. Have a great week!
Sincerely-
Jason Christ

Panther Fest
Panther Fest is back! Our family fun fair will be on April 8th from 6-8pm at Paddock School. Return your completed order form to pre-order wristbands and to purchase individually boxed cheese pizza from Vini's and raffle tickets! If you'd like to help with this event, please email Supriya Gupta at supriya26nov@gmail.com.
Plastic Bag Drive
At Paddock, each grade level will have a big green box outside one of the teacher's doors at that grade level. Throughout the month of April, students can bring in plastic bags (ex. plastic grocery bags, bread bags, dry cleaning bags, cereal bags, etc.), put them in their grade level box and a representative from Clean Up - Give Back will empty the boxes each week. There will also be a box in the main office. See the flyer below for more information and for a list of acceptable items.
Pokemon Cards
Lately, we have noted a parent of students losing, arguing over, or taking other students' Pokemon cards. Bringing Pokemon cards to school to show or trade with friends is fun for many students, but it is also causing some students stress and frustration. If your student is bringing these to school, please talk with him/her and see if there is an alternative item they can bring or activity they can engage in while at recess.
At this time, Pokemon cards are not banned from Paddock, but I am encouraging students to not bring them as they are easily misplaced and difficult to find when lost or taken. If issues continue to arise, additional measures will be taken to avoid disruptions to the learning environment. We truly appreciate your partnership in helping to ensure recess is a fun and enjoyable time for our students.

2022-2023 Student Registration
Online student registration for the 2022-23 school year is now open. If you have not already started this process for your student(s), please visit our registration page to start this process.
Registration is the first step in getting ready for the up-coming school year. After you register your child online you need to:
Pay student fees. Our student fee webpage outlines the District’s student fee structure and the three ways fees can be paid.
If you have a student that is starting Kindergarten, entering fourth grade, or entering 7th grade, you are required to prove residency in District 15. Our residency webpage outlines the documents you will need to provide to prove residency.
All three steps of the enrollment process must be completed prior to the start of the school year. Students of families that, when required, do not prove residency, will not be able to attend class in a District 15 school until the family’s residency is verified.
