Broken Arrow Friday Flyer

Where every child is embraced, challenged, and celebrated!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you to all parents who helped make our transition back to school with all of our students in the building a success!

We especially want to recognize Renee Olson and Sign Gypsies Lawrence for the amazing signs welcoming students back and our AMAZING PTA for the warm donuts and popsicle welcome for students and families and the back to school treats for staff!

PTA is a great way for families to be involved in our school and help provide opportunities to students while you make connections with other parents. See below for how you can be a part of PTA!

Join Broken Arrow PTA!

The Broken Arrow PTA is excited to kick off the new school year! Things might be different than years past but we will still do our best to support all the teachers and students in whatever way we can! Attached is a flyer with information about our meetings, ways to support the PTA, and a calendar of the events we hope to do this year. We encourage all teachers, staff, and families to fill out the membership form to join the PTA which can be found here: There is also a Broken Arrow PTA Facebook page you can follow, just search for @brokenarrowelementarypta. Class parties will work differently this year since we can't have volunteers in the building but we are still recruiting volunteers to serve as room parents and send in supplies, you can sign up for that here:

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or ideas, you can reach us at

Its submission is required for the district to receive its full federal and state funding. The district also will use this survey to determine a family's eligibility for waivers of school fees. Kindergarten Families Only!

Hello, all Kinder families! We know how hard it was to leave your babies at the door on Wednesday and we truly appreciate your understanding. They are beginning to get a feel for the school day and they are doing GREAT! Having a set amount of time to eat is always a bit of a struggle at the beginning of the year, so if you could help at home by practicing "eating with a purpose" I would greatly appreciate it! Also, as discussed at orientation, please complete the ASQ for your kindergarten student!
