Millard West Activity Fair at Beadle
Monday, February 4 Millard West will be hosting an activity fair at Beadle Middle School from 7:30 to 8:30 am. The Wildcats invite every Beadle student to attend and learn about sports, music, and fine arts offerings in high school.
- Meet the coaches, directors, sponsors, and many of the students from these organizations. Begin building relationships and be involved in the process.
- Learn what you can be doing or planning RIGHT NOW to prepare for high school activities, whether you are in sixth, seventh, or eighth grade.
- Provide your contact information to stay informed of upcoming opportunities and stay connected with the teams or groups in which you are interested.

Open House to Review Proposed Curriculum Materials
Millard community members are invited to review proposed curriculum materials for 9-12 Language Arts Electives and New 6-8 Electives: Law and Public Service 6; STEM I; HAL Challenge; Creative Writing 6; and Young Adult Literature 6, 7, 8. On February 5 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ron Witt Support Service Center, Entrance A, 13737 Industrial Road, Omaha.

Millard Public Schools will hold a Job Fair for Classified Staff (Paraprofessionals, Food Service, Custodial and Maintenance) on Wednesday, February 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Don Stroh Administration Center, 5606 South 147 Street.

In Beadle Girls Basketball action the Bulldogs fell to the Russell Timberwolves in both the A and B game. Both teams kept their defensive game as a high point of the match and look forward to a possible rematch! Special shout out to all the staff and students who braved the cold to cheer on the Bulldogs!
January 31, Girls A/B Basketball vs. Westside Middle
In Beadle Girls Basketball action the Bulldogs won on their home court in their season opener at home! The Bulldogs defeated the Westside Warriors in the A game 41-12! Ten athletes scored resulting in an all-around excellent team effort. In the B game, the Bulldogs also defeated the Warriors 43-12. Again, all seven athletes that played in the game scored to contribute to the team effort! In the end DEFENSE won the game for the Bulldogs as they scrambled and worked together! Way to go Bulldogs!

Congratulate your Girls C basketball team. On Friday, January they played amazing defense and dominated the scoreboard with a win against North Middle School. Final score 23-9. Great job girls!

Beadle Food Pantry
We have partnered with DECA from Millard South High School to offer a pantry to BMS students in need. Our pantry is set up in room B127 and will be available to students every day after school from 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Stop by the pantry if you are in need of food or personal care items.
