Greatest School on Earth
Because we have the best students & teachers on Earth!
A note from the principal-
Testing results are going home today with students K-2. Attached to your students scores is a guide to help you understand where your student scored compared to their peers. If you need help reading your student's scores, please contact your teacher or the office. We will help you. There are areas listed on the report suggesting ways that you can help your child at home.
3rd & 4th grade scores will go out after their exam.
All students take tests throughout the year called MAP-Measures of Academic Progress. We give students MAP tests to determine their instructional levels and measure academic growth throughout the school year in the areas of Math and Reading. MAP tests are unique in that they adapt to be appropriate to your child's level of learning. As a result, each student has the same opportunity to succeed and maintain a positive attitude toward testing.Testing takes place three times throughout the year to help us monitor student progress and plan the best instruction possible.
Students must make up test sessions, when they miss school on testing dates. We wanted to share those dates with you, so that you can help make sure students are at school on time.
