king Tut reigned in 1332-1323 B.C. and he was a part of the New Kingdom
KING TUTS ACCOMPLISHMENTS
He built at Karnak and Luxor At Luxor he continued the construction of the entrance colonnades of Amenhotep III's temple, king tuts main accomplishment was saving Egypt from the chaos his father had put it into he had tried to change the religion in Egypt from amun to aten in making this change he destroyed the temples of other gods. when tut took over he changed the religion back to amun and rebuilt some of the temples.
BRIEF BIO
Akhenaten is his father and Nefertiti is his mother-in-law and Ankhesenamun is his sister and his wife. There is a lot of speculation about his cause of death. Some believe that he was assassinated, some believe that he died of an illness. It has been discovered that he had a messed up foot and his leg was broken before he died. He also had several different signs of malaria, and he is the oldest known case of the virus.
