Buddy System
- We have rolled out our New to PV program. Angie Long has been informally meeting with our new teachers to share with them information about Park View such as upcoming events, procedures, Q&A and anything that they may need to know that we as veterans at PV may forget.
- We also discussed earlier in the year of creating a buddy system for all of our new staff to PV. Which means they will have a go to person on their grade level to ask questions specific to their grade level such as curriculum, procedures, expectations, homework procedures, Guided reading/math and anything else they may need.
- I would like for the Buddy's to check in on each other just to ensure everything is going smoothly. It very informal but another way to support our new teachers to Park View.
