- AM band rehearsal

June 6 – 7: Team Pegasus White Mountains field trip
June 7: Women in Science Conference (for a select group of 7th and 8th grade girls)

- Move-up Day for all students (more information below).
- 6:00 PM: Future Freshman II @ RMHS (time for 8th graders - and their parents - to check out all of the extracurricular activities offered)

- AM chorus rehearsal
- PM chorus concert (7 – 9)
- Team Pegasus salsa dancing field trip (1/2 the team)
June 12: Field Day rain date
June 13: Team Pegasus salsa dancing field trip (1/2 the team).
June 13: 8th grade graduation (6:00 – 7:00) & Dinner/Dance (7:00 – 9:00)

June 17: Last day of school; 11:00 dismissal.

Coolidge Students Show Support for the Youth Pride March
Move-Up Day: The Plan!
- Current 5th graders (soon to be 6th) arrive at Coolidge for a 1:00 presentation about Coolidge, to meet teachers, to listen to some music, and to enjoy some Italian Ice! Dismissal at 2:45 from Coolidge.
- Current 6th grade (soon to be 7th): These students will learn what team they are on for next year. They will gather with their new teachers and will learn about the year ahead. Dismissal for these students is 2:15.
- Current 7th grade (soon to be 8th): These students have the least "exciting" day in that they loop with their current teachers. They will learn a bit about 8th grade. Dismissal for these students is 2:15.
- Current 8th grade (soon to be 9th): Our 8th graders will pack their bags early and will head by foot to RMHS at 12:50 for a 1:00 presentation and tour. They will be dismissed from RMHS at 2:30. Those students who take the bus should come back to Coolidge for the bus. Those students not attending RMHS can either attend or can be dismissed by a family member at 12:50.

Resources From Northeast Tobacco Free Community Partnership

The "Truth Initiative" just launched a first-of-its-kind free e-cigarette quit program now available to young vapers looking for help. The program is tailored by age group to give appropriate recommendations about quitting and also serves as a resource for parents looking to help their children who now vape. It is being launched and integrated into the already successful This is Quitting (app) and BecomeAnEX® digital cessation programs from Truth Initiative.
Teens, adults, and parents of teens seeking help around quitting e-cigarettes/JUULing can text“QUIT” to (202) 804-9884.
SEEM Collaborative Training for Parents: Preventing Sexual Abuse and Supporting Healthy Development
SEEM Collaborative is offering a free training titled "Engaging Parents in Preventing Sexual Abuse and Supporting Healthy Development". This is a 4-day training designed to prepare parents of children with special needs to serve as potential peer mentors.
The dates are 7/22, 7/23, 7/24 and 7/25 and participants who complete the full training will receive a $250 stipend. Please share this with any parents who may be interested.
