Local panelists Sara Stewart of Unity Gardens, Joshua Reed of Eat Wild, and Mike and Grace Coman of Monroe Park Unity Garden will talk about how they are developing edible neighborhoods and encouraging their neighbors and the community to eat food found or grown close to home.

The Future of Food: How We Can Eat Our Landscapes
We are bringing two continents together with one goal: empowering ordinary people to take control of their communities through active civic engagement by planting the seeds and tools for healthy eating.
Pam Warhurst and Ron Finley will be presenting virtual lectures, and will be joined by local people who are taking similar approaches to the featured speaker in their efforts to grow a sustainable Michiana.
A chance to view the Lexicon of Sustainability display and a reception and networking period will follow.
