Meet Rosy
Rosy
Rosy Escandon is an educational consultant specializing in professional development and technology integration to meet the instructional needs of at-promise students. Her classroom career was spent in the Cartwright School District where she taught kindergarten through 2nd grade special education for severely language-delayed students. Cartwright is also where Ms. Escandon gained administration experience as a Teacher On Special Assignment (TOSA) for Technology Training for the entire K-8 district. In that capacity, she planned and provided professional development for a technology cadre in a trainer-of-trainers model. She engages in a variety of professional development activities, including workshops, seminars and conference presentations for educators. Her experience as a teacher, a trainer, and an independent consultant has provided her a wide range of interactions with schools, from training and support to planning and coordination. Ms. Escandon received her BA in Special Education, her MS in Curriculum and Instruction, and she is currently working on a dissertation to complete an EdD in Educational Leadership.
