Reading Updates:
We are looking forward to meeting with intermediate teachers this week. We will review the quarter 2 reading data, and then backward map from the quarter 3 assessment. Let us know how we can to support you.
Math Updates:
We are excited to meet with the Primary Teachers this week for Collaborative Planning!
Please remember, your Math SLO is due to Kelsey (Primary) and Tracy (Intermediate) by Friday of this week. Please see your Math SLO coach if you have any questions. We are here to support you.
Social/Emotional Updates:
Thanks for all that you are doing to support our new students. Teaching them the Brooklyn Park Way is challenging in the middle of the year, and you have been doing a great job! Remember that teaching is fun! Keep it consistent and hold your students to high expectations.
Rodney Updates:
- I enjoyed our Equity PD on Wednesday. Our staff has bonded this year over learning and celebrating our differences.
- Please be mindful if you are supporting our students at lunch. We want to ensure our teachers have a duty free lunch. If you are going to be late or need support, call the main office.
- Class Dojo is our school-wide PBIS Program. I expect students to receive Dojo Points during instruction. Students should be receiving weekly incentives, also provide points for homework completion, classwork completion and positive behavior. Please make sure you are following our protocols for Class Dojo.
- Each classroom should have a student of the day posted in a visible place. The student of the day should be posted by Tuesday.
