Spring Break is just around the corner...Who are you? Dori or Nemo's Dad?

The answer we came up with is that we can be either on a given day. The key is having friends and colleagues around who can be your Dori when you need them. We all have long days. We all have days where we just don't feel like swimming. What we know and love about the Lincoln family is that there is always somebody just around the corner with a smile and positive attitude ready to help you start swimming again. It is also evident that students fuel your fire! Mrs. Amy Johnston stated today during her site visit, "I am supposed to be stone faced & cold during the interview process. But it is difficult to do here." AND... "It is evident that the staff is passionate about kids...I want to work here!"

As we prepare for fourth quarter, please remember that every moment with our students is important and precious. Make the MOST of every minute... both instructionally & by building relationships. Our students look for us to provide a consistent, caring and safe place each day. For some, the school day is the best part of their day. For some, the school day is the safest place. For some, we are all they have! As fourth quarter approaches, remember to make a difference by showing your "Dori" as often as you can and help all of those around you to continue swimming each day.

Thank you for all that you do each day. We are proud to be a part of this Lincoln Family & proud to have YOU serving our KIDS! Have a safe & happy Spring Break!
