They will need to be able to deliver world class products which appeals to the public so they can have a demand on sales. This means that they will need to be able to research and analyse charts about what people are interested in so they can come to a conclusion to what a customer may want in a product.

They need to be a good team leader as they will need to present their research to their co-workers with confidence and to take control of bad situation so they can fix it. They need to be able to give orders to employees when they need to finish a project, but to also be able to define a problem that they are facing, as the other team workers will be looking up to the leader. They need to be able to motivate their co-workers to get a job done with enthusiastic tone therefore they co-worker has a better mood when doing their job.

They will need have professional approach when talking to others because they have a lot of responsibility therefore when they are in a meeting then they will need to be professional when talking to them.

Culham Centre Fusion Energy - Engineering Analyst

Engineering Analyst are very important to the business as they are in charge of creating calculations and designs for how to fix technical problems with fusion testing. They are the most important employees as they are the ones who need to make calculations to see what they are going to test will work otherwise it could fail. They come up with theories of what may happen while testing something new and make solutions on how to avoid or fix them. They also need to analyse current technical failures so they can make or find a solution for the problem.

The most important part of their work is to work in a team, so they can avoid more failures when they are working in a team as someone notice a problem but someone else may not. They will need to share information between co-workers in the team and all can come to one conclusion. They need to confident when presenting their ideas to show that they are confident with their research or ideas. They will also need to be able to analyse their technical problems such as a machine is faulty, then its up them to find out what the problem is.

They will need to have strong interpersonal skills so they are able to communicate effectively with the team mate/co-workers. Most businesses will look for strong interpersonal skills are they all require you to work within a team.They will need to able to get the message across so nothing bad happens if the other person understands them, otherwise something bad could happen and someone may be harmed. This means that they also need to be good at solving problems in the most efficient way possible so the business doesn't slow down because of a certain problem.
