Using a Google Jamboard, students worked in small groups at our monthly

“Community Meeting” to contribute how our school wide agreement, “Show respect; be safe with your bodies, actions and words” applies to both recess and the bus.

Students also saw a video of an afternoon bus run. We do have video of every bus ride and

we wanted students to understand our vigilance when it comes to student safety on buses.

Please remind your student to bring a fully charged Chromebook to school every day. We have a very limited supply of Chromebooks to loan students so if they forget, there is a good chance you will be called to deliver your student's Chromebook to school.

All RO Community Members are welcome to attend our virtual RO PTA Meeting each month. Our first meeting is Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 7:00pm. We will be reviewing our PTA Budget, discussing the upcoming Boosterthon Event, a proposal to invest in the redesign of our playgrounds, enrichment opportunities as well as an election for the parent representatives on the RO School Council. Mr. Getchell always provides an update about our school and is always willing to listen to any concerns, ideas or answer questions. ALL are welcome to attend!
