By: Gaith

Do you know sugar? The thing that everyone loves? Well I'm gonna tell you how its made if you keep reading.

The process starts in a farm so first you have to wait 12 to 16 moths. Then when its ready a self propelled harvesting machine. Cuts the sugar cane. Then they send it to the factory

After the sugar cane is washed then it gets crushed by huge rollers then the cane goes to the separator were the fibers are removed. Next they send it to the furnace were they cook it. Then they finally package it and put in trucks to ship to the store.

You can bye sugar from Walmart, Costco, Hy-Vee, super target, Aldi you use sugar for flavoring like ice cream, cake, cookies, juice, gum, tea.

Fun Facts
