They will also embark on a number of teamwork activities! Thank you to our wonderful PTP and Kennerly families for making this opportunity possible!
A Message from our Kennerly PTP
We had an excellent turnout for our mum fundraiser! Thank you to all who were able to support sending future 5th grade classes to Camp Wyman!
The pickup date for flowers will be Saturday, Sept. 9 so stay tuned for details on timing and logistics. If you'd like to volunteer to help with distribution, be on the lookout for upcoming sign ups!

Your Voice Matters: Strategic Plan Community Events
Lindbergh Schools invites all parents, staff and Lindbergh community members to participate in one of four community engagement events during the week of Sept. 11. Feedback collected during these events will inform the development of the district's next five-year strategic plan.
We want to hear from as many members of the community as possible, so please share this invitation and make every effort to attend one of the following events during the week of Sept. 11. We appreciate your feedback and support!
What: Lindbergh Strategic Planning Community Engagement Events
When: 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12
Location: Truman Middle School cafeteria, 12225 Eddie and Park Road
When: 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 14
Location: Sperreng Middle School cafeteria, 12111 Tesson Ferry Road
Please Check Infinite Campus for Bus Route Changes
As we enter the third week of school, it is important that all families who use bus transportation log in to Infinite Campus on Monday, Sept. 5, and check their student’s pickup and drop-off times, and bus stop location. Routes will be adjusted this weekend, with updated information available on Monday, Sept. 5.
During the first weeks of school, the district works closely with our transportation provider First Student to make adjustments to bus routes, add new riders and create a schedule that is efficient, safe and reliable. Some minor adjustments may be possible as a result.
A good rule of thumb is to allow about 10 minutes of flexibility from the scheduled pickup and drop-off times, in case a bus is running early or taking a few extra minutes to arrive.
Lindbergh Distinguished Awards Banquet 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept 27
The Lindbergh community is invited to join the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association for a special evening, as we celebrate this year’s Distinguished Alumni, Distinguished Educators, and Hall of Fame Athletes!
Lindbergh Schools Foundation Community Breakfast Sponsorships
The Lindbergh Schools Foundation will host its fourth annual Community Breakfast on Friday, Oct. 27, and they are looking for businesses and families who would like to sponsor this community event! All proceeds benefit Lindbergh students and staff.
Parent Pick Drop Off & Pick Up:
If you are driving your child(ren) to school, please follow our parent drop off and pick up route. Please DO NOT park on Sunset Drive to pick up or drop off students. Thanks for help!
- Students should not arrive at school before 8:35am
- Please practice caution and put cell phones away during student drop off and pick up
- Please put your car in park when students are loading and unloading
- Please have students enter and exit on the passenger side
- Parents/guardians please remain in your car
- When on Kennerly Road and waiting to enter the school's parking lot, please put on your hazard/flasher light to alert on coming drivers. Thanks.
Please be sure your child knows how they are getting home from school. Safety is our top priority and we want to make sure morning arrival/dismissal goes smoothly.
New Badge System Supports School Safety
Beginning this year, Lindbergh Schools is using the CrisisAlert School Safety Solution by Centegix to empower staff and keep students safe during the school day.
Here’s how it works: All employees wear a badge with a one-button system that can be used to call for help in the event of day-to-day emergencies. In the event of a school intruder, it goes one step further and allows any staff member to activate a lockdown response schoolwide. The system determines the location of the alert, down to an individual room and floor, so first responders and administrators know exactly where help is needed.
Learn more: Dr. Lake recently explained the technology to KMOV reporter Caroline Hecker. You can watch that interview at timestamp 2:13 by clicking the link below, or read more on our district website.
