FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS NOW MONDAY, AUGUST 24
Hello North 7th Grade Families!
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! Wow...we sure have missed you! This has been and continues to be such a challenging time for all. Please know that we have been working diligently to study the guidance from national, state, and local officials, as well as seeking input from parents and stakeholders to develop our plans for returning to school. We have used this information to create our district Health/Safety Plan. We have also created a plan specific to MNMS. Our plan addresses all areas of the building and our daily activities from arrival to dismissal. We have done our best to use a common-sense approach for the development of our site plan for our traditional school model.
Keeping our students and staff as safe as possible is our top priority! Every decision has been carefully thought out with input from our building leaders. Decisions were made based on space, building layout, class size, and what was best for students and staff. Details in our plan may change over time depending on what is changing around us, but we will always make the best decisions we can.
Even though this is not a typical year, and will be different than any year we have ever had, we will be working hard to provide a high-quality education for our students! We will also make it a priority to build relationships, have fun, and make memories to last a lifetime. We will take this experience and not only make the best of it but learn and grow through it. We are going to make every moment matter!
Please remember, we are doing our best. We ask for patience, understanding and lots of grace.
