Family Movie Night

Movie: Small Foot

Date: April 18, 2019

Time: 6:00-7:30

Where: Elementary Cafeteria

What to Bring: Blanket, lawn chairs or whatever you want to watch the movie in!

There will be complimentary popcorn, water and capri suns!

Fly Friday & Hat Day

Fly Friday- Fly Friday takes place every Friday morning. If students arrive before 7:40 they will need to go to the gym. Students who arrive after 7:40 will go straight to the Gym for Fly Friday. All students will attend Fly Friday.

Hat Day

For $1, your child is allowed to wear a ball cap (not a crazy hat). The money raised will go towards technology for our campus

Character Trail Wednesday

Wear Blue on Wednesday!

Every 6 weeks we will talk about a different character trait. This 6 weeks our character trait is CARING.

Students that wear the color Blue on Wednesday's will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize from the office!

The color will change every 6 weeks.

Big picture

TCU Summer Reading and Writing Program

Program for Entering 2nd Graders...

In this fun summer program, your child will become a fluent, confident reader. Children build solid phonics and word- attack skills and develop reading fluency and strong comprehension. Your child will gain confidence, be excited about books and reading, and get off to a great start in second grade.

Reading programs begin every week throughout the summer, with a variety of weekend and weekday schedules available. Monday- Friday 7am- 8 pm and Saturday 7am- 4pm.
