"physician-assisted suicide"

"Euthanasia is a deliberate act that causes death undertaken by one person with the primary intention of ending the life of another person, in order to relieve that person's suffering." Should this be legalized?

The Right To Die

People that are terminally ill want to avoid anymore excruciating pain. They wish to endure death than go through more pain. "this Court's recent decisions concerning the right to refuse medical treatment and the right to abortion instruct that a mentally competent, terminally ill person has a protected liberty interest in choosing to end intolerable suffering by bringing about his or her own death."

Patient Suffering at End-Of-Life

We should not have the right to be forced to suffer. There are people that want to end their lives which has lost all quality. "a crime to make someone live who with justification does not wish to continue as it is to take life without consent."

Slippery Slope to Legalized Murder

There isn't much consequences to use Euthanasia. There wouldn't have much effects as there were before. "The situation is not unlike that of a doomsday cult that predicts time and again the end of the world, only for followers to discover the next day that things are pretty much as they were..."
*I cannot argue against euthanasia from an empirical base.
