Martin Luther King Jr.
Martin Luther King Jr. was a pastor, activist, and a well known civil rights leader in the 20th century. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia as Michael King in 1929. He pledged for racial equality and civil obidience.
Rosa Parks
Rosa Parks was a strong African American civil rights leader. She was most famously known for refusing to give up her seat white person. In the early 20th century, black people could only sit at the back of the bus. One day, she sat at the front and refused to get up
