January 2022 Edition

A Message from Mrs. Robertson

Excitement has been in the air at Spring Hill Intermediate! The holidays have come and gone and our students have accomplished so much in the first semester. Now that the winter months are upon us, please be sure your child is dressed appropriately for cold weather. Most days we go outside for recess and it is important that they come to school with a coat (with their name in it). School begins at 8:00 am; please make every effort to have them at the appropriate drop off area on time. Our Spring Hill Intermediate family would like to wish you and your family a safe, healthy and happy new year!

We are so proud of our December Hats Off to You Students!!

Meet SHISD's new School Resource Officer, Josh Marrs!

I wanted to take a brief moment to Introduce myself to you.

My name is Josh Marrs, and I will be your new SRO. I have been with Longview PD for over 15 years, with the last 11ish years serving as the SRO for Pine Tree.

I grew up in Gilmer, but graduated from Hughes Springs HS in 2002. In 2006 I graduated from Sam Houston State, and immediately started with the PD.

I look forward to working with and getting to know you all.

Best regards
