Dear Langston Hughes Family,

Our annual Fall Ball was a fantastic event. The children were beautifully dressed and enjoyed each other's company. Some of them danced from the time they entered until the last song. Please enjoy the photos!

House Challenge Day is coming! On November 22, we will spend the day competing in games of the mind and body. Students in the same house will support, coach, and cheer for one another as they go head-to-head against students in other houses. They will compete in literacy and math challenges. They will also race against each other in some physical challenges. We want students to really enjoy themselves and get into the spirit of the day. To promote a sense of house unity, each student is encouraged to wear their designated "house t-shirt." House Challenges will take place throughout the year, including Field Day. House t-shirts are on sale for $10. The orders are due no later than November 3.
