For anyone who received the Zoom "internal error" message:

Click the "X" to close the error message.

  • On the right side, choose "Sign in to Google"

  • On the first screen, sign in with your student’s mdusd.net email.

  • After you click Enter, you should be redirected to a new mdusd sign-in screen. Sign in again with the mdusd email and password.

  • You will then be able to enter the Zoom screen where you can click on the link that was provided by the teacher or enter the meeting ID code and password.

TEXT ALERTS

Sign up for SchoolMessenger text alerts to receive news, information, and emergency announcements on your phone. If you signed up last year, you must re-enroll as we are now using a new system. CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS, and instructions on how to sign up!

Daily Submission of Attendance

As we are required to complete both attendance and participation reports this year, we will complete both in the same system using five codes for attendance/participation. Teachers can change attendance until midnight on each day. Changes after that time will be made by the office staff after we have spoken to you and gathered more information about the specific student situation.

Students will be reported using one code to note the highest level of participation for that day.

P = Present: Online synchronous instruction, 1:1 office hours

4 = Online Activity: Completed a test, turning in assignments, etc

3 = Communication w/ Certificated Staff: 2-way communication with student and/or parent online or by email

A = Absent (none of the above engagement)

Support Staff Code:

6 = Support Service Access: Speech Therapy, OT, PT, Counseling
