STUDENT REPORT TIME @ EAHS: 2:00 PM (this has been updated 15 minutes)

• Students should pack a dinner with them.

PARADE START TIME: 5:00 PM

ESTIMATED TIME BACK @ EAHS: 9:00 PM

The parade steps off from 2nd and East Market Street. It will travel west to City Hall where it will turn right and will go into the telecast area, then turn right onto North Broad Street and the parade officially ends at Broad and Arch Street.

The parade is televised, however, they do not guarantee they will show every group due to commercials.

• Sweat collars should be removed from the jacket and washed with mild detergent on gentle cycle (or hand washed). Hang to dry.
• When the jacket is hanging at home, remove it from the garment bag. Keep the jacket on the hanger it was distributed on and let hang outside of garment bag.

For students auditioning, please read this important information below:

1. You must arrange your own transportation to & from Parkland HS that day. School transportation is not provided. Our audition time is usually early in the morning, so it will not conflict with the parade later on that afternoon.
2. You must have an original copy of the music. Be sure to check you have the correct edition.
3. Read through all requirements regarding what movements to be preparing, scales, octaves, rhythms specified, etc.
4. ** ALL STUDENTS AUDITIONING MUST schedule a time to be heard prior to auditions on 12/03. We can treat this like a mock audition to help prepare you for auditions.

A laid-back evening in our instrumental music room with our jazz band performing holiday & big band classics.

Cookies & assorted holiday treats are provided.

Our annual fall online sale is open now and will run through midnight on Monday, Nov 28. We have your favorites as well as some new designs!

Barring any unexpected holiday-related supply chain issues, orders will be ready for pickup the week of Dec 19th - just in time for Christmas!

GREAT STOCKING STUFFER IDEA!!

Winter is coming! Which unfortunately means so is the road salt... but you can stay on top of it with Shammy Shine gift cards.

The IMA is selling $10 and $25 gift cards now through December 9th, with pickup at the high school the week of December 19th. The IMA earns 30% of every card sold, so it's a great way to pick up that extra gift or stocking stuffer while helping out the band!

Please have your student return the tally sheet only with payment to Fundraising Box in the rehearsal room by the end of day on Friday, December 9th.
