Fall Sports Forms Due Tomorrow!

We held Fall Sports Interest Meetings and distributed sports forms during the school day last Friday, September 6th. If your child is interested in playing a fall sport, all four forms must be turned in to the main office by the end of the school day tomorrow (Monday, September 9th), because the fall sports season begins this Tuesday, September 10th:Please also be sure to read the Sports-Related Eye Injuries form (http://bit.ly/2lEMy98). This form does not need to be returned).

In addition to these forms, you must confirm the nurse has all of the required sports physical forms. Students will not be permitted to participate in the Fall Sports Season without a current physical on file in the nurse's office. Check Genesis by following these instructions: http://bit.ly/2XeA5Ha
