"You're Going to Be a Senior! Now What?!"

Parents of all juniors are invited to the LRC on Tuesday, April 19th at 6:00pm for a parent meeting designed to help prepare you and your child for their senior year!

Raven Egg Hunt

Thank you to the RECHS Beta Club for stuffing over 4,000 eggs and hiding them throughout campus. RECHS students participated in the annual Raven Egg Hunt last Wednesday. Eggs were stuffed with candy or prizes from teachers. There were also 16 golden eggs which provided gift cards to the Armadillo Market and Chick-fil-a.

RCC Registration!!!

Registration began on Monday, April 11th for Summer and Fall 2022 semesters. Students who have planned in Self-Service will be able to register themselves for Summer and/or Fall semesters. Please make sure you profile is up to date in Self-Service.

Student Government Association

The SGA will hold a meeting during lunch on Wednesday, April 20th. It will be in Mr. Walker's room (VT 208). We would love for you all to attend!

SGA Sponsored Talent Show

The talent show will be April 29th at 7:00 pm, in the LRC. Kona Ice will be on campus at 6:00pm.

Talent Show tickets will begin being sold on Tuesday, April 19th. They will be $3 before the show, and $5 at the door. Please see Mrs. Cross in the front office to purchase your ticket!

This also gives you admission to the Raven Market.

Future Healthcare Leaders of America Club

The Future Healthcare Leaders of America Club will be facilitating a menstrual products drive from April 11th to April 22nd. There will be boxes located throughout the school for the donations. Please donate only pads and panty-liners; no tampons! The donations will be used to stock the bathrooms in the VT building. We appreciate your help!"

Cafe Usage

Students, please be mindful of your use of the cafe. Please pick up your trash and place your chairs under the tables. Everyone is so excited to be back in the cafe, but it is your job to clean up after breakfast and lunch.

SGA is bringing back our "Find The Armadillo" Challenge and will give away a number of prizes for services like Netflix, Hulu, and others through a virtual hunt for an armadillo! Here’s how you can win!

1) Follow SGA on Instagram at @randolphccsga

2) Check our Instagram story each Friday at 11am for a picture of our little armadillo friend and this week’s prize located somewhere in Randolph County

3) Email your answer to the armadillo’s location to use your RCC student email address before our Instagram story disappears from our page!

4) If you are the first correct answer for that week, you win that week’s prize

5) Even if you are not first, if your answer is correct, you are entered in a drawing for a grand prize at the end of our contest. Each correct answer enters you in the final drawing again! So, for each week you submit a correct answer, you increase your odds of winning the grand prize!

Uwharrie Dreams - To join the online community of Uwharrie Dreams and unlock new creative writing opportunities, contact Professor Victoria Davis or Dr. Gregory Vance . If you would like to order your FREE meal from Southmont Elementary School, please use the order form below. Your order must be placed before 9:00 am each day.

Schools Fees

9th Grade-----$19.00 (Instructional and Science Fees)

10th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science Fees)

11th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science Fees)

12th Grade---$42.00 (Instructional and graduation)

Fees go to providing educational opportunities for students such as subscriptions, lab materials, supplemental books, etc.

Randolph Health Summer Teen Volunteer Program

Randolph Health is pleased to announce the Summer Teen Volunteer Program is returning.

We’ll be accepting about 20 students from June 20 to July 27.
