Principal Update
August 14th, 2021
Happy Weekend!
As we prepare for the year to start, we are considering a new idea for the school supply list. In the past, we have given parents a list to go shopping with. However, this year, It has been suggested that we ask parents to pay a school supply donation. With this donation, we will order supplies for students. For families that are not able to make the suggested donation, we will work with families to ensure that students have what they need to have a great school year. More to come in the next message.
We will reschedule our Back To School Night date. We hope to have the new date by the end of next week. We will reach out to our feeder schools and the high schools to ensure that there are no conflicts.
Next week on August 20th, we will host 6th and 7th graders for the Beaumont Jump Start. If you have not signed up yet, there is still time. You can sign up by clicking on this link.
In this newsletter, you will find a link to the district's Back to School Website. We invite you to review it for news from the district. We also invite you to participate in the annual community clean-up on August 28th.
We are looking forward to seeing your children very soon. Keep an eye open for this update each Friday. Sometimes it may arrive on Saturday morning.
Have a great weekend!
