First: Follow the REMOTE SCHEDULE plan; teachers to open Zooms on scheduled days.
* You are not required to stay in the zoom the entire period- but PLEASE check in
** Bell Ringers, Videos, and Zoom Links will be scheduled into Google Classroom
* **Teachers will post Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday work together- or ALL work for the week on Monday; Wednesday is an asynchronous learning day-so you will be able to work on classwork and/or connect with teachers.
Second: Class work should take 10-20 minutes including videos, bell ringers, modeling, and/or activities.
Third: Registration will be on HOLD for now- we will communicate by the end of the week (if not before) the plan
Forth: If you have low grades OR you are not satisfied with your current academic standing, then work to improve! You can do it!
Fifth: When you are academically where you need to be...and all your work is complete…
Go Play in the Snow!
District Communication February 16th
Remote Learning - February 16th
Due to inclement weather the Springdale Schools will have a remote teaching and learning day on Tuesday February 16th unless life safety issues arise in our district such as power outages.
All school buildings will be closed and no busses will run. Please follow Springdale School District Social Media for further updates. Be safe and stay warm!
In Case We Have Inclement Weather This Winter...
In the event of snow or ice, the district may announce a pivot to remote teaching and learning. Remote teaching and learning means that all students and the majority of staff pivot to remote. An announcement of this nature would be posted on the news, district website, social media, etc. just like in years past. If a pivot occurs, principals will provide directions to teachers and staff, and employees in the areas of food service, transportation, custodial, and maintenance will receive instructions from their supervisors. Principals, please prepare ways that for your support staff to support teaching and learning on remote teaching and learning days.
