Royal High School hosts the SVUSD Special Olympics on Saturday, March 18. Your participation strengthens our diverse community, provides opportunities for all students to participate in sports, and contributes to ALL students becoming the best version of themselves.

Your commitment and talents to volunteer for this event is needed! Fill out the form to register for the event.

Event Date: Saturday, March 18 (March 25 make-up)

Time: 7:30-11:30A

Athletes will receive a Informed Consent Waiver and return the completed form prior to play.

Our counseling team has visited all 6th and 7th grade classes to talk about courses for the 2023-2024 school year. Ask your child what they learned, see their completed form and make sure it gets inputted into Aeries. Counselors will meet with students 1:1 the week of March 13 to discuss final course selections and answer any questions.

Soccer Intramural starts next week. Please look over the schedule to make sure that your child can make at least half of the practices and be present for the games before they commit.

All required paperwork must be filled out, signed and returned by 3/13/23 in order to tryout. Forms can be picked up in the main office or in Room A-8 during Homeroom. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email or have your child see Coach Grzywacz in A-8 during Homeroom (kyra.grzywacz@simivalleyusd.org ).

Every THURSDAY is Viking Pride Day. Please remind your child to wear their Viking shirt or school colors every Thursday. The expectation for Spirit Days and Fun Fridays is that all clothing worn will be school appropriate and follow the school dress code policy.

Good attendance equals improved school performance. Please call the office if your child is absent to avoid a truancy. (Absences that are not cleared within 5 days automatically turn to a truant.)
