The Lady Panthers Volleyball squads swept a defensively sound LD Bell program at their place on Tuesday night.

Friday night, the Panthers played for a packed house vs. the Trinity Trojans. The JV, 9A. 9B all won in 2 games. The varsity finished the Trojans off in 4 games. The panther gym had a "playoff-like" atmosphere rallied to win the close ones. In game 4, coming from a 4-14 start of the game, the girls came back and won 26-24. What a game!! Nice job girls! The JV team participated in the Denton Guyer tournament this weekend and placed!

A special shout out to Patt Walker, one of the girls biggest fans and fellow teacher here at CHHS (you might know her as our gate gal for home games). She had a bulletin board dedicated to the girls!! Thanks Ms. Walker!!

The Colleyville Heritage Band returns from their trip to Houston, TX as champions! At the US Bands: Houston contest they were named the Music in Motion Champion with awards for best Color Guard, Best General Effect, Best Visual, and Best Percussion. Congratulations Panther Band!

The teams ran away from the Boswell meet on the successful side. The Varsity Boys were third by only ten points, with David Strome winning in 15:34. Grayson Barber was fifth and Jacob Hethcock was eighth. The Varsity Girls tied for third, but lost the tie breaker on the sixth runner. Jenny Covington was sixth, Julie Culbertson was eighth (both breaking twenty minutes), and Brenna Casey was thirteenth. The Junior Varsity and Varsity teams competed very well and produced many new pr's.

Panther tennis
