Summer Solstice Community Yoga

What's this 108 Sun Salutations all about?

It’s a rich way to elevate your yoga practice and honestly boost your own mental and physical capacity. It’s a powerful experience that will expand your understanding, stretch your mind and body and leave your yoga practice forever changed. You can only do this by believing in yourself, accepting the fact that you are worthy of the challenge in front of you and with your best effort taking it one asana at a time to its natural outcome. We believe that you can do the 108 Sun Salutations and personally look forward to seeing your tired smile after it’s all said and done!

Do I have to complete 108 Sun Salutations?

Of course not! This practice is designed to be done at your own pace. You could do a "relay" with friends. Chant 108 mantras. Take 108 breaths. Try 108 of your favorite poses. This is your practice. We just want you to celebrate summer and yoga with us and donate to a worthy cause!

All proceeds will benefit L.A.C.A.D.A.

Gentle Beginner Yoga

A 6-session series with Lauren Malone (200 RYT)

Has someone recommended that you try yoga? Do you think you're not flexible enough? Not balanced enough? Too old? Too heavy?

We've heard it all, and that's why we created this class.

This gentle beginner series will introduce you to all of the basics: you will learn about posture and breathing, props and poses, body and mind awareness. In addition to the practice, you will gain an understanding of yoga etiquette and philosophy. All of this, in a safe, inviting atmosphere, with a caring, experienced teacher to guide you.

There's no need for fancy yoga pants or props. Come as you are. We can't wait to practice with you!
