Emerging Leaders Training Program
Employees can lead from any position in the organization. This program will develop and enhance the leadership skills of non-supervisory employees.
Upon completion of this course participants will learn:
- How to operate with the big picture in mind
- How to own their own professional development
- How their communication skills can make or break them
- How to have a reputation for setting high standards and achieving their goals
- How sometimes it is all about their behavior/conduct
The focus of this course is to discuss and explain how to:
- Be a leader
- Take part in cross-training
- Resolve conflict
- Hold yourself accountable and take ownership of what you do
- Behave professionally
- Have a positive attitude
- Be creative
- Be proactive and take initiative
- Be flexible
- Be confident
- Be decisive

Emerging Leaders Training Program
This program will meet on the last Monday of each month beginning July 31, 2017, except December, for six months. Each session will be 8 hours.
A graduation ceremony will be held on January 16, 2018.
